HARRISON, Tenn. – The Talladega golf team recorded a fourth-place finish at the Battle At The Bay, which wrapped up Tuesday.

The Tornadoes shot 23-over par. Lindsey Wilson won the eight-team event at one-under par. Tennessee Wesleyan finished second while Cumberlands rounded out the top three schools.

Damil Ataullah tied for second place after shooting one-under par, 143, for the event. He accounted for scores of 72-71. Payne Stewart garnered a ninth-place effort. He opened with a 76 before firing a 70 for the second round of action.

Nick Ledbetter was 27^th after posting a score of 154. He shot 77-77 for the 36 holes of action. Wade Jenkins placed 35^th after shooting 156. He tallied scores of 81-75.    

The Tornadoes return to action Apr. 29-30 at the CAC Championship.
