Talladega finishes the regular season 16–8 overall and 7–5 in conference play, earning fourth place in the East Division and preparing for postseason play next week.

The regular season is complete, and the Talladega College women's basketball team now turns its full attention to postseason play in the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Athletic Conference (HBCUAC) Tournament.

Under the leadership of Head Coach Andre Payne, the Tornadoes compiled an impressive 16–8 overall record and went 7–5 in conference action, securing a fourth-place finish in the East Division.

Throughout the season, this team defined itself through resilience, defensive intensity, and relentless rebounding. In several key match ups, Talladega made critical second-half adjustments that shifted momentum and sealed important wins. Even when faced with injuries and adversity, the Tornadoes responded with toughness and composure.

Coach Payne consistently emphasized effort and execution, particularly on the boards, a theme that became a staple of the team's identity. The Tornadoes proved they could compete with anyone in the conference, showcasing balance on both ends of the floor and depth across the roster.

A 16-win season reflects growth, buy-in, and belief. From non-conference battles to pivotal league games, the Tornadoes competed with purpose and pride, building momentum at the right time.

Now, the focus shifts to postseason play.
