Oct 29th at 2 p.m., the Talladega College Women's Soccer Team closed out their regular season in commanding fashion with an 8–0 victory over Oakwood University. Despite challenging weather conditions at kickoff, which made it difficult for both sides to find their rhythm early on, the Tornadoes quickly settled into the game and took control of possession.

Talladega's persistence paid off when Shamya Daniels opened the scoring, setting the tone for what would become a dominant first half. The team maintained high pressure and showcased their attacking prowess, forcing Oakwood onto the defensive. Before the halftime whistle, Talladega found the back of the net eight times, with goals coming from Annalisa Vincent, Cycoiah Wattley, Gabrielle Bryan, Amelia Tiggs, Shamya Daniels, and Mikayla Stutts.

In the second half, the Tornadoes continued to control the tempo and create scoring opportunities, but despite their efforts, they were unable to add to their tally. With 25 minutes of play in the second half, the weather conditions and Oakwood's defensive adjustments kept the scoreline at 8–0 until the final whistle.

This impressive win marks the conclusion of the regular season for Talladega College, finishing with a 7–4 record. The Tornadoes now turn their focus to the upcoming playoffs next week, where they'll look to carry their momentum and strong form into postseason competition.
