Box Score MARIETTA, Ga. – The Talladega College men's volleyball team fell 3-0 (16-25, 18-25, 17-25) on the road to Life University tonight. Talladega is now 2-4 on the season while Life improved to 3-0.
Life took an early 4-1 lead in the opening set, but Talladega used a 3-1 run to cut the lead to, 5-4. Each team found themselves tied three times after that with the last time coming at 12 all before Life used a 13-4 run to win the set, 25-16.
With the momentum in Life's favor, Talladega was able to keep set two close to start as it trailed, 5-4. Life after that was able to put some distance between it and Talladega with the Tornadoes coming no closer than four. Life went on to take the set 25-18 and go up 2-0 in the match.
Talladega jumped out to a 5-2 lead in the third set for its first lead of the match. Life chipped away to knot things up at five, and both teams after that went back and forth with Talladega holding a 12-11 lead. Life was able to go on the offensive as it used a 14-5 run to take the set 25-17 and win the match.

Ahmon Catlin tallied five kills.
Elijah Foster registered 13 assists while adding three kills in the process for the Tornadoes.
Talladega is back in action on Friday, Feb 2 for its first home match of the season when it Edward Waters (Fla.) at 6 p.m.
