Talladega College

Emily Hight is entering her third season at Talladega College. The Decatur, GA native was named Head Cheer/Dance Coach in January 2023 and two months later was named Head Acrobatics and Tumbling Coach in March 2023. Prior to joining TC, Hight was an Allstar Cheer Director and coach for a Cheer program in Atlanta, GA for seven years. Over the span of her allstar cheer coaching career, Hight has brought home over 100 National Titles in Levels 1-5. She graduated from The University of West Georgia with a B.S. in Sports Management in 2007.

When she’s not coaching, Hight enjoys spending her time crafting and completing DIY projects. She is the youngest of 4 siblings, and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Each year, Hight teams up with Blessing on Wheels to give back to her community for the holidays, and she also has a passion to feed the homeless.
