TALLADEGA, Ala. – The Talladega College women's soccer team fell to 6-0 to visiting Life University this afternoon. With the loss, the Tornadoes fall to 0-4 on the season while Life improves to 3-1 on the year.
The Running Eagles found the back of the net four times in the first half to take a 4-0 lead going into halftime.
Life continued to control the match as it netted two more goals in the second half to go on to win, 6-0.
The Running Eagles placed 11 shots on goal out of 15 shots for the match while the defense didn't allow the Tornadoes to get off a shot for the match.
Talladega's goalie Natalie Need made five saves in the match.
Talladega is home on Friday at 4 p.m. when it hosts Spring Hill College.
